Mediation
Fees & Scheduling Information
For Mediations:
We will furnish our mediation services at the rate of:
- 2 parties $200.00 per party per hour
- 3 or more parties $150.00 per party per hour
We have a three-hour minimum for each mediation conference.
For family law mediations, please call the office for rates.
The total fee shall be divided equally between or among the parties unless otherwise agreed upon before or at the mediation. Fees are due and invoices and receipts will be delivered to each party at the conclusion of the mediation conference via email.
For Non-Binding Arbitrations:
$350.00 per hour for Court-Ordered Non-Binding Arbitrations (unless otherwise provided by Court Order) with a maximum of $1,500.00 per diem. Time is calculated by actual time spent including testimony and presentation of the case, award writing and prep-time.
Scheduling:
Mediations are scheduled beginning at 9:00 A.M. for morning and 1:00 P.M for afternoons.
Mediations are scheduled for three hours. If your mediation will need more than the three hours, please let us know we will schedule accordingly.
If a mediation is cancelled less than five (5) business days before the date of the scheduled conference, a two-hour fee will be charged.
After a mediation is scheduled, please forward copy of the Notice of Mediation to email: JRA@AmarosaMediation.com.
We will confirm mediations one week prior to the conference to ensure that it is still scheduled.
